Q1: What are the shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or post upon request from clients. Charges depend on weight and destination.

Yes, we have obtained ISO13485 system certification and CE certification for our orthopedic products.
Q3: What is the minimum order quantity? Do you provide samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we offer free samples for testing purposes, though the cost of freight is not included.
Q4: Can I buy products similar to your catalogue but not shown?
Yes, you can. Please send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom production may take a little longer for delivery.
Q5: What are your payment terms?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
